This specially tailored practice will address cyclists' common trouble spots, from tension in key upper body areas and hip flexors to core imbalances. $20 for the 75 minute session and a pamphlet outlining the poses you learned. You'll also have access to a special offer from Whole Yoga and Pilates to continue your learning. $35 for you and a friend to attend. (Yoga with friends is always more fun.)
Don't forget to bring your Yoga mat and some water.
